June/July 2007 “Director’s foundation certificate” at Raindance, London.

Since April 2007 Preproduction of the Short Film “2 x 2”. Shoot in autumn 2007 in London. Writer & Director: Eliza Schroeder. Director of Photography: Tony Mitchell.

Since September 2006 MA in Feature Film at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Since July 2006 Development of the Script for my first Feature Film “Sarah’s”. It is part of the Master to develop a final draft script, a director’s treatment, a budget, a financing- and marketing plan for the project.

June - September 2006 Postproduction of the first Short Film “Matilda” that has been in the Official Selection of the New York Short Film Festival 2007.

May & June 2006 “From Story to Screen in Eight Weeks” – Short Film Course at the Metropolitan Film School in London.

Preproduction and Production of “Matilda”.

May 2005 – April 2006 Final Examinations in German Literature and Cultural Studies at Humboldt-University in Berlin. Main focus: The works of Gruppe 47 (German group of writers), the history of French cinema, especially the “New Wave” and history of European sociology.

October 2000 – April 2006 Studies of German Literature and Cultural Studies (Magister studies, German equivalent to Master of Arts) at Humboldt University in Berlin.

April - October 2005 Photographer for the gallery artMbassy, Berlin.

December 2004 – April 2005 Personal assistant to Mr Benjamin Seikel, producer of the film “Molly’s way” (A Production by Deutsche Film und Fernsehakademie on behalf of ZDF in cooperation with Arte). The movie won several awards, one of the latest are the Silver Circle award for Best Film and Best Actress award for Mairead Mc Kinley at the 23rd International Film Festival Bogota, Columbia.
